My trunking diagram (Network system design) is totally unorganised, is this a bug?

No this is not a bug, this generally occurs when a user designs the system in the Floor Layout Design (FLD) view and the Smart Layout function can be used to automatically layout the trunking diagram/network system design.

Go to the Network System Design tab, right-click in the window, select Smart Layout, adjust spacing if desired and hit OK.
