Smart extract tool importing is for CAD files
BIM files is supported to import, but it is not in Smart Extract tool. Smart Extract is focused on CAD file. We have a Mesh object import tool to import the *.obj, *.stl file. and IFC import tool which can import an *.ifc file as a building.
